So many of the beaters I looked at were not actually stainless steel. This one is and quality seems great. Already used it a few times!

I bought this for my professional 600 KitchenAid mixer the quality is excellent the size is a little bit small even with me making adjustments to the max setting it’s still about a 16th of an inch too smallI can live with that it just requires extra scraping while mixing the batter to make sure I get everything off the bottom and sides

I purchased this item to replace the original painted aluminum beater that had developed chips in its surface, likely from mishandling. The replacement beater I received is made of solid stainless steel. It is highly polished, and has the look and feel of quality not often seen these days.. It has a slightly different beater pattern but does the job the same as the original, but is more durable and easier to clean. For those concerned about the possibility of food contamination due to the open-hole beater mounting design, take a look at your original Kitchen-Aid beater. Mine has a hole at the bottom of the motor shaft mounting opening, from which accumulated debris could fall into the mixing bowl. The design of this replacement beater makes that less likely because there is no place for debris to accumulate. The original beater, with its semi-closed shaft mounting makes it easy for contaminant accumulation to go unnoticed during cleaning.

Perfect replacement for my aluminum paddle. Fit perfectly and has worked flawlessly.

Stainless steel is the way to go. My mixer came with a powder-coated beater. After awhile the paint chips off and you don’t know if it ends up in your food. I had replaced it with a plastic version that had rubber scrapers built in to scrape the side of the bowl while mixing. That was great until it broke. This beater fits my mixer perfectly, does a great job, is dishwasher safe and I don’t have paint ending up in my food.

The media could not be loaded. It works perfectly with my 6QT Kitchenaid, and it’s so pretty, I love it! I like it even better than the original one that’s peeling off. I really like the material on this one, 10/10
